• Provides leadership and management to assigned department(s) and effectively oversees the internal operations of these departments in the organization
• Maintains optimal quality, customer service, and regulatory compliance in partnership with the trauma program to meet requirements for state of Oregon trauma licensure
• Acts as the campus liaison to other hospital departments and outside entities
