About the role

We're seeking a Director of People Operations who combines deep expertise in HR operations, compliance, and operational excellence with genuine and strategic business partnership instincts. This role is not about just about organizing office celebrations or managing people data and policies in isolation.

• Create documentation and workflows that scale as we grow
• Own and manager HR data
• Support headcount planning tied to revenue goals
• Advise on organizational restructuring when business needs change
