Valmiki Leela Capital Private Limited, formerly Stephead Advisors Private Limited, is an investment banking firm seeking a Director to lead its Pre-IPO Division in Mumbai. The role is pivotal in driving the firm’s growth through deal origination, fundraising, and strategic investor engagement.

What you'll do

Take complete ownership of Pre-IPO projects from deal sourcing and mandate acquisition to fundraising and final closure
Lead fundraising strategy through strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, AIFs, Wealth Management Firms and strategic investors
Independently source and convert new Pre-IPO fundraising opportunities through promoters, founders, CXOs, business groups and market networks
Hire, build and lead the research, deal analysis and fundraising teams required for successful transaction execution
Lead and coordinate with Research, Compliance, Legal, Finance and other teams across the complete transaction lifecycle
