DIRECTOR - Private Equity Fund Accounting (Gujarat - GIFTCity)

About the role

Office Location – Gujarat GIFTCity. We are looking for someone with strong experience in End-to-End PE Fund Accounting and people management. Financial Statements, NAV Calculations, WaterFall & IRR Calculations, Capital Calls & Distributions.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team 20+ fund accountants
• Ensure all the SLAs for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly activities are met
• Responsible for making sure that all activities (booking of daily journal entries, management fee calculation, accrued expenses reimbursement calculations
• Implement and design controls to deliver quality work
• Review and test the control process on a regular basis to deliver the quality service to clients
