• Do Lead Global Delivery and Customer Outcomes Own delivery quality, customer satisfaction, financial performance
• Establish clear expectations for delivery, engineering execution, quality, collaboration, customer responsiveness, and risk management
• Oversee portfolio planning, forecasting, staffing, utilization, margin performance, and continuous improvement, including effective collaboration with India-based teams
• Serve as an executive escalation point for strategic customers, ensuring clear ownership, recovery plans, communication, and root-cause actions
• Translate technical risks and engineering constraints into clear implications for customer outcomes, investment, margin, timing, and delivery confidence
