About the role

Lead large-scale, high-risk engagements with multiple workstreams to ensure strategic alignment and future account growth. Drive transformation execution thought leadership during times of ambiguity or conflict to secure customer success and elevate organizational brand value. Establish robust governance, stakeholder alignment, quality checks, and project structure to provide comprehensive oversight and full accountability.

What you'll do

• Lead large-scale, high-risk engagements with multiple workstreams to ensure strategic alignment and future account growth
• Drive transformation execution thought leadership during times of ambiguity or conflict to secure customer success and elevate organizational brand value
• Establish robust governance, stakeholder alignment, quality checks, and project structure to provide comprehensive oversight and full accountability
• Mentor junior engagement managers, senior project leaders, and delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture across complex programs
• Identify discrepancies between actual performance and plans of record, proposing strategic solutions and driving immediate resolution
