Director-Program Management

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director – Program Management with a strong background in managing large, complex digital transformation programs within the Government/Public Sector ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with senior government stakeholders, consulting teams, technology partners, and cross-functional delivery teams to successfully execute mission-critical initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Define program strategy, implementation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and execution plans
• Drive program delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and budgets
• Establish governance mechanisms to monitor program health, risks, and performance
• Build and manage relationships with senior government officials, client leadership, implementation partners, and internal leadership teams
