Consultant for Coordination and Facilitation of an Interministerial Consultation on Substance Use Disorder in Mizoram, HIV/HEP/ST

About the role

PATH proposes to convene an interministerial consultation bringing together stakeholders responsible for supply reduction, harm reduction, and demand reduction, alongside representatives of educational institutions, private healthcare practitioners, and other relevant stakeholders. The consultation will review implementation gaps and opportunities under the State Plan, agree on priority actions, and inform a practical roadmap for 2026–2029.

• Stakeholder Mapping and Engagement
• Develop a stakeholder list covering departments and agencies responsible for supply reduction, harm reduction, demand reduction, health, education, social welfare
• Identify and coordinate with representatives of educational institutions, private healthcare practitioners, and other relevant non-government stakeholders
• Where feasible, liaise with participating stakeholders to understand their mandates, ongoing initiatives, implementation challenges
