What you'll do
- Manage to the overall Practice P&L
- Recruit and hire consultants and engineers as practice growth dictates supporting both client services and pre-sales functions
- Establish and maintain go-forward practice multi-year business plan for growth in coordination with other Security practice leaders
- Build and maintain vendor and industry relationships for the region(s) assigned
- Work hand-in-hand with Services team to build standardized deliverables and define our best practices
What you need
