Director - Software Asset Management

About the role

This role will manage LSEG Software Asset Management capability and overseeing LSEG’s Top 60+ software vendor’s compliance and a software renewals team which manages close to 200 renewals yearly. This role sits within Technology Procurement, reporting to the Head of Technology Procurement.

What you'll do

• Help set the business direction of technology asset discovery tools (currently BigFix & Flexera)
• Lead across the business to ensure software contract compliance and performance between departments
• Develop, implement, and refine software asset management policies, processes, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and developing regulations (such as DORA)
• Implement Policy and Process in support of IT Asset Management (ITAM) program goals; promote the ITAM program (ServiceNow) and assist in setting program goals
