About the role

This position is for a member of the MasterCard development leadership focusing on development of MasterCard Enterprise security solutions dispute products. Provides management direction and recommends strategic directions based on established policy. Project and release management responsibilities. The position requires strong project management, technical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills

What you'll do

  • Provide leadership and technical direction to a software development team across PDLC (Product Delivery Lifecycle)
  • Proven people management capabilities to hire, coach, mentor, appraise while working with stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Operations
  • Establish a great working relationship with people outside of the development team including people like Product Managers
  • Establish & monitor objectives for the department and staff members to align with department strategies and objectives
  • Successfully lead definition, development and delivery of major cross-department initiatives with broad scope and long-term business implications
