What you'll do

• Lead and manage capital raising efforts across equity, debt, or structured finance, depending on the business need
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, banks, NBFCs, family offices, and other capital providers
• Structure and negotiate complex financing deals aligned with business strategy
• Prepare investor pitch decks, financial models, and transaction memos
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Risk, and Business Units to ensure smooth execution

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Capital markets
• Investment banking
• Due diligence
• Negotiation
• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA

Good to have

• CFA
