Coach and develop junior consulting team members. Approximately 6-8 years' relevant experience for Manager-level opportunities. Approximately 8-10 years' experience for Senior Manager/VP opportunities.

What you'll do

• Lead high-impact strategy and transformation engagements
• Lead strategy, commercial due diligence and transformation engagements
• Deliver commercial and go-to-market transformation programmes
• Support AI and agentic transformation initiatives across client organisations
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and present recommendations
