Director, Strategic Partnerships and Commercialisation, Neurovascular (KISA)

About the role

The Director, Strategic Partnerships & Commercialisation is responsible for shaping the customer, market, and technology adoption agenda across Korea, India, SSP, and ASEAN (KISA). This role leads regional customer excellence, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, Voice of Customer (VOC), and commercialization initiatives that support adoption of priority technologies and sustainable business growth.

What you'll do

• Lead the KISA customer excellence strategy, including customer engagement programs, advocacy initiatives, and VOC capabilities
• Develop and govern regional KOL, Centre of Excellence, and customer advocacy networks aligned to growth priorities
• Drive commercialization and technology adoption strategies that improve launch readiness, adoption, and utilization of priority technologies
• Translate customer insights and market intelligence into actionable recommendations that influence business priorities and market development initiatives
• Establish regional frameworks, engagement platforms, and best practices that enable countries to strengthen customer engagement and adoption activities
