About the role

This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to U.S.-based clients on payroll operations, compliance, controls, and process improvement
• Lead discovery and solution discussions to understand client needs, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions
• Develop trusted relationships with client executives, HR leaders, finance teams, controllers, and operational stakeholders
• Explain complex payroll, tax, and compliance issues in clear business language
• Support payroll assessments, payroll transformations, payroll technology initiatives, payroll transitions, and operational improvement projects

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Payroll
• Client relationship
• BBA or B.Com
