Director, UX Design

About the role

As Director of UX, you will lead and develop a team of UX professionals while remaining actively engaged in the work. This is a player-coach role that combines people leadership, UX strategy, hands-on design contribution, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of UX professionals supporting multiple products and customer experiences
• Serve as a player-coach, providing hands-on leadership across research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, design, testing, and design reviews
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Business and Technology Insights, Brand, Marketing, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into clear, useful
• Set expectations for UX quality, process, accessibility, collaboration, and customer-centered decision-making
• Advance an AI-focused, human-centered UX culture by guiding AI-enabled experiences, rapid prototypes, proofs of concept, and design experiments
