Director/Vice President - Credit Approver (Project Finance/Real Estate Financing)

About the role

Responsible for independent cre dit risk assessment , approval, ongoing risk monitoring and portfolio management of Real Estate Finance and Project Finance in India . Engage with business units at an early stage to discuss deal direction and structuring from a risk perspective Independently review and assess credit applications across Real Estate Finance and Project Finance, including development, income-producing assets and structured financing.

What you'll do

• Responsible for independent cre dit risk assessment , approval, ongoing risk monitoring and portfolio management of Real Estate Finance and Project Finance in India
• Engage with business units at an early stage to discuss deal direction and structuring from a risk perspective
• Conduct credit analysis covering borrower / sponsor assessment, sector and business analysis, financial and cash flow, stress testing, transaction structure
• Prepare detailed executive summaries to seek approval from senior management
• Provide independent, commercially balanced challenges to new transactions, amendments, waivers
