District Coordinator (RCT)

About the role

The District Coordinator will make sure the RCT runs to protocol every day in the district, in both intervention and control arms (about 4 CHCs and 20 AAMs per district). The role keeps government counterparts, facility teams and the Intelehealth project team working from one plan, and makes field gaps visible early so that the trial evidence stays sound.

What you'll do

• The District Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day implementation of the RCT
• Maintain day-to-day coordination with the District Nodal Officer, Hub Doctors at CHCs, Medical Officers and Block Programme Coordinators
• Act as the single, consistent point of contact for scheduling, escalations and review follow-up in the district
• Share a monthly field plan (visits, trainings, reviews) with the Project Manager and the Evaluation Partner’s District Coordinator, and coordinate joint visits
• Support the Project Manager’s visits to remote sites and joint supervision with government stakeholders
