About the role

In India, 100 million children from low-income communities grow up without access to the 21st-century skills they need to thrive — from emotional intelligence and digital literacy to everyday money management. This gap leads to a lifetime of limited opportunity, intergenerational poverty, and rising mental health concerns.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with DEOs, DIET and SCERT officials, school heads, and teachers to drive programme rollout
• Manage meetings, permissions, follow-ups, and reporting to keep stakeholders aligned
• Build strong working relationships and ensure commitments translate into action
• Drive targets for school onboarding, student activation on TAP Buddy, engagement, and project completion
• Work with schools and teachers to improve student participation and resolve implementation challenges

What you need

• 0–5 yrs of experience
• Communication
• Any graduate
