Doc Ctrl Assistant II

About the role

This position provides documentation engineering support to product engineers and project managers. Throughout the course of a project, several engineering documents are required as customer deliverables. Some of these deliverables are standard Sundyne documents tailored to each project, while others are custom unique to a particular customer or project.

What you'll do

• Sales order entry and maintenance: Enter incoming orders with information provided by the engineering leader and/or other internal suppliers
• Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative, as the information (invoicing, shipping schedule/instruction, pricing, commission allocations, quantity and model
• Assures data is accurate at all times
• Work closely with Project Managers and utilize Sundyne standard documents and make appropriate modifications to accommodate the customer's specifications
• Assign and track due dates for the various documents in support of the overall project schedule and project manager

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Documentation
• B.Sc or Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.

• SAP
