Document Analyst

About the role

As a Product Documentation Specialist , you will play a key role in shaping how clients and internal teams understand and use Consilio products. Partnering closely with Product Enablement, Product Managers, and teams across the organization, you will create clear, engaging, and practical documentation that supports the product experience.

What you'll do

• Gather information or images for documentation
• Create and update document templates
• User and operation guides
• Supporting trainers and writers from other departments as they develop their own, department-specific documentation
• Training plans for beta users

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Product marketing
• Any graduate
