Document Controller - QA/QC

About the role

Establish and maintain a centralized document control system for quality-related documents. Ensure proper registration, coding, filing, and archiving of QA/QC documents (e.g., ITPs, method statements, NCRs, checklists, etc.). Maintain copies of documents in an organized and retrievable format. Implement and enforce document control procedures in line with ISO 9001 or company QMS.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain a centralized document control system for quality-related documents
• Ensure proper registration, coding, filing, and archiving of QA/QC documents (e.g., ITPs, method statements, NCRs, checklists, etc.)
• Maintain copies of documents in an organized and retrievable format
• Implement and enforce document control procedures in line with ISO 9001 or company QMS
• Ensure all documents are reviewed, approved, and issued according to the document control matrix
