About the role

Document Controller at Quest Global. Manage the full document lifecycle: receipt, registration, review, approval, revision, issue, distribution, retrieval and archiving.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full document lifecycle: receipt, registration, review, approval, revision, issue, distribution, retrieval and archiving
  • Maintain EDMS repositories, Master Document Registers, transmittals, correspondence logs, distribution matrices and document status reports
  • Coordinate engineering, contractor and vendor submissions; monitor review cycles, overdue actions and scheduled deliverables
  • Control drawings and technical records, including PFDs, P&IDs, isometrics, GAs, datasheets, specifications, calculations, ITPs and vendor data books
  • Support FEED, detailed engineering, greenfield/brownfield projects, MOC, commissioning, start-up, turnaround and operations documentation
