About the role

What You'll Do What You'll do As a Document Specialist at Principal Financial Group, you will be at the forefront to identify, interpret and communicate complex legislative, regulatory and compliance issues that affect retirement documents. Provide analysis and guidance of retirement document interpretation issues and retirement document design questions.

What you'll do

• Provide analysis and guidance of retirement document interpretation issues and retirement document design questions
• Develop document solutions to meet internal and external client needs
• Have opportunity to: Develop and produce accurate and timely documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to meet business partner expectations
• Communicate with plan sponsors, consultants, tax/legal advisors or regulators as needed
• Identify, analyze and resolve escalated documents issues of sensitive nature
