About the role

The purpose of this role is to analyse client business processes and conduct detailed market and benchmarking studies to evaluate process improvement opportunities and propose enhancements.

What you'll do

• Business process analysis-Analyse client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and change areas
• Market research & benchmarking-"Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and proposed alternate process and functional methodologies
• Perform cost benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third party products."
• Optimization Initiatives-Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements

What you need
