About the role

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Team Management & Leadership Consolidate and report on service performance, incidents, risks and project progress to stakeholders. In charge of continuous service improvement plan KEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS Accountable for operational or project issues, driving resolution and root cause analysis.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor and coordinate the India Tech Hub Cloud team as Deputy of GBT Cloud Domain Lead, ensuring effective delivery of services and projects
• Integrate Cloud projects to workloads and roadmap of his team Governance & Compliance
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies-, security standards and regulatory requirements Reporting & Documentation
• Implement KPI's of service line, report, Continuous Improvement
• Oversee and prioritize workloads, ensuring resource allocation aligns with Cloud run, roadmaps, objectives and project timelines
