About the role

As Software Consultant in Sustaining Development team you will lead the root cause analysis effort on a variety of applications in Order fulfilment domain in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Ø Providing containment, short term and long term solutions to production problems
• Ø Managing Problem Known Errors (PKEs) life cycle
• Ø Engage Solution Architects, Sustaining Development team, Application Management
• Support (AMS) team and Application development team and derive a workable solution to Problem Known Errors
• Ø Reporting PKE statistics

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• .NET
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
