About the role

We're hiring an AutoCAD Draftsman to create technical drawings for construction projects. You'll produce Rebar Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings , and more. Understanding client needs and building codes is crucial. You'll also help develop the team's skills.

What you'll do

Reading Contract Drawings & Spec Book; getting a detailed idea about the scope of work
Preparing the Rebar Shop Drawings, As Built Drawings, Traffic Diversion Plans, Working Drawings, Elevation Drawings and Survey Plans
Understand technical requirements from clients regarding demolition, remodeling or build projects
Prepare detailed estimation (material and labor) plans based on project scope
Learn and understand US building codes
