About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven DSA Sales Manager to lead and manage the Gold Loan sales operations through our Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing DSA networks, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the Gold Loan segment.

What you'll do

Monitor and manage DSA performance, providing regular feedback, Payout and ensuring adherence to business objectives and policies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of DSA activities with company goals
Training & Development: Provide regular training and updates to DSAs on gold loan products, company policies, and sales techniques
Conduct periodic reviews of DSA performance and provide necessary guidance for improvement
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to create a consistent pipeline for gold loan business
