To scout & empanel quality Direct Marketing Associates / Direct Sales Agents who are operating in the Mortgages space (Affordable & Prime)

Develop Excellent Rapport with Channel partners for REPEAT Business
Work along DMA/DSAs to give doorstep service to customers at their resi/office
