Due Diligence Analyst (IT Risk)

About the role

The Customer Experience Team within Market Intelligence, partners closely with Sales, account management, and product to deliver a differentiated customer experience. This group enables our revenue team by overseeing customer success, revenue operations, and implementation of commercial technology.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage client-initiated due diligence projects, ensuring seamless coordination, preparation, execution, and timely delivery of high-quality responses
• Ensuring that responses are accurate, timely, and comply with company standards. Tracking to completion of action items raised during assessments
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What you need
