DVP-Loan Syndication-IB

About the role

The Investment Banking (IB) unit caters to specific products across the Bank’s Wholesale Banking customer spectrum. The IB has a Loan Syndications team responsible for structured selling down of the loan book as per the Bank’s requirements.

What you'll do

• Syndicating deals/mandates of DCM and PF to achieve Team revenue target and Individual target
• Successfully syndicate deals at competitive pricing/fee and in a timely manner
• Strengthen relationships & increase interactions with identified top relationship Banks/NBFCs
• Develop relationships with Banks Senior Management (MD/ED)
• Provide timely market feedback on deal structure & its pricing to DCM & PF

What you need

• 9–13 yrs of experience
