About the role

Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide prompt, professional, and customized property solutions to meet their needs. Convert prospective leads into successful sales by effectively presenting project features, addressing customer concerns, and closing transactions. Share project information, brochures, pricing, and property details with prospective customers to generate and nurture leads.

What you'll do

• Build, manage, and nurture a strong client pipeline through consistent follow-ups with existing and prospective customers
• Generate new business opportunities through marketing campaigns, referrals, promotional activities, channel partners, and database management
• Schedule and conduct property presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs to showcase project features and facilitate informed buying decisions
• Assess customers' financial capabilities and recommend suitable property options and payment plans aligned with their requirements
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support and maintaining accurate customer documentation
