About the role

Develop, implement, and maintain security protocols to safeguard all physical and intellectual assets of the tractor manufacturing facility. Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring access controls, surveillance systems, and patrolling the premises to deter unauthorized activity. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency response teams to prepare and respond effectively to any incidents or emergencies.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain security protocols to safeguard all physical and intellectual assets of the tractor manufacturing facility
• Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring access controls, surveillance systems, and patrolling the premises to deter unauthorized activity
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency response teams to prepare and respond effectively to any incidents or emergencies
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
• Manage and train security personnel to uphold the highest standards of vigilance, professionalism, and compliance with company policies
