Dynamics CRM Developer (Customer Insights – Journeys)

About the role

You will sit between business stakeholders and the technical team: gathering requirements, configuring the platform, writing custom code where configuration falls short, and owning delivery end to end. You will work with marketing, sales and service teams to turn customer data into personalised, automated journeys that drive engagement and measurable results.

What you'll do

• Run requirement workshops with business users and translate needs into functional and technical specifications
• Map business processes and propose solutions that use out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 features before custom development
• Prepare solution design documents, user stories and test cases; support UAT and user training
• Act as the main point of contact for CRM-related questions from marketing, sales and service teams
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE: entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, security roles and model-driven apps
