About the role

Responsible for overseeing Out of the Box (OOTB) configurations, customization, and extensions within the CRM / D365 CE platform.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within crm / d365 ce
  • Design and implement crm / d365 ce ootb configurations to meet business needs efficiently
  • Develop and maintain crm / d365 ce customization and extensions as per project requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within the crm / d365 ce environment
