Document project processes and outcomes. We're looking for someone who has: Experience (10 -15 years) managing end-to-end programs in the insurance/BFSI space. What you'll do

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programs with leadership exposure
• Lead impactful business and technology transformation in insurance
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle from planning to delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
