About the role

The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte that focuses on providing employee experience. The role is to operate at the DSA cluster level, overseeing the SAP process area, Procurement to pay – Ariba downstream & S4 HANA integration.

What you'll do

• Responsible for business analysis and SAP report development, focusing on functional aspects including testing and confirmation
• Handling support for the reports deployed
• Identifying critical demands and creating a mechanism to track their progress using the analytical tools, and creating dashboards
• Monitor support incidents raised with the global service desk for their timely completion/resolution
• Monitor support incidents raised with the local service desk for reports locally developed for their timely completion/resolution

What you need
