EA to Director

About the role

The Executive Assistant to the Director will provide high-level strategic, administrative, and operational support to the Director. The role requires close coordination with senior leadership, handling confidential matters, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of priorities across all business functions.

What you'll do

• Act as a strategic and administrative partner to the Director
• Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and engagements
• Coordinate with CXOs, business heads, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director
• Prepare and review presentations, reports, MIS, and board-level documents
• Track key action points, strategic initiatives, and deliverables across departments

What you need

• 8–15 yrs of experience
• Coordination
• ERP
• MS Office
• MIS reporting
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
