What you'll do

• Ensures the reporting role operates with appropriate delegated responsibility while maintaining clear escalation expectations and overall country accountability
• Country E&C Strategy, Governance and Business Partnership
• Leadership of Local E&C Resources Provide leadership, coaching, prioritisation and quality oversight to local E&C resources, including the Senior Manager reporting role
• Ensure delegated responsibilities are clear while preserving overall country accountability for governance, risk assessment, remediation and escalation
• Country E&C Programme Ownership Chair the local Risk, Ethics & Compliance Committee (RECC) in accordance with the applicable governance framework, as applicable
