What you'll do

• Member of the India Leadership Team and contributor to Cluster E&C leadership forums, contributing to country strategy, governance
• Leads the India E&C organisation, providing leadership, coaching, prioritisation and quality oversight to local E&C resources
• Owns the effective design and execution of the India E&C programme, including local governance, risk assessment, controls, training, communications
• Ensures the reporting role operates with appropriate delegated responsibility while maintaining clear escalation expectations and overall country accountability
• Country E&C Strategy, Governance and Business Partnership
