EAP Counsellor - Overnight shifts

What you'll do

• It's difficult to define an “average day” for our counsellors, as every caller brings a unique set of experiences and challenges
• Through thoughtful clinical conversations, our counsellors support each individual in exploring their situation and finding a path forward
• If you are a mental health provider that wants to provide emotional support with a warm and empathic approach to people of all ages, cultures
• Provide single session telephonic and video counselling, in-the-moment support and crisis telephonic management in a supportive
• Assess clients thoroughly to ensure appropriateness for short-term counselling

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Counselling
• Documentation
• Any graduate
