What you'll do

• Bring in NTB MEs and manage existing portfolio MEs to increase wallet share; Achieve channel objectives on ARN, DBA, Integration, Activation, Volume, OBOS, and Cross-sell
• Portfolio and Relationship Management
• Maximize share of volumes coming to the bank; Increase portfolio volume and float from merchants to gain bank share; Retain merchants to prevent competition poaching
• Manage risk and compliance team to meet ME requirements; Train merchant staff, including government bodies and educational institutes, on digital initiatives
• Engage and manage branch banking channels; Work with CA customers to offer digital solutions and drive CASA float and volumes

What you need
