About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in FMCG, BPC, or the personal care/D2C industry Opportunity to work with a Tier 1 Global FMCG brand

What you'll do

• Lead the Performance Marketing Strategy
• Responsible for crafting and leading the eCommerce marketing strategy for all our brands and categories
• Oversee all aspects of performance marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising
• Influence the brand positioning, premiumization and go to market strategies through data
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets
