eCommerce Operation Specialist- Compliance

About the role

You will fix listing issues, review content before it goes live, check the Account Health Dashboard (AHD) daily, and bring in the right people to close issues quickly. You will also support the Account Health Project Manager on other initiatives.

What you'll do

• Review product content — titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and attributes — before it goes live
• Monitor the Account Health Dashboard (AHD) and Voice of the Customer (VOC) Dashboard to keep the AH rating healthy with no banners, and flag and escalate any banner

• Help the Account Health Project Manager with ongoing projects and process improvements, handled as additional work alongside day-to-day (BAU) responsibilities
