ED, Corporate Finance & Capital Markets, Investment Banking at CLSA. Possess deep understanding of ECM (Equity Capital Markets) and M&A/Advisory/PE products.

What you'll do

• Lead deal origination efforts in chosen industry verticals across ECM, M&A/Advisory, and PE products
• Maintain strong senior and mid-senior level relationships with large and mid-sized PE firms
• Originate and drive business development opportunities from these PE relationships
• Lead and manage all aspects of transaction execution from initial pitch to closing across ECM, M&A/Advisory, and PE syndication
• Collaborate with other sector bankers to target business opportunities in identified sectors from financial sponsors
