About the role

The EDI Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) serves as a key resource supporting the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement and strategic development of Castrol's EDI ecosystem. This role provides functional and technical expertise across EDI operations, SAP integrations, trading partner onboarding, issue resolution, and process optimization.

What you'll do

• Analyze and support resolution of EDI transaction, mapping, and integration issues
• Verify root cause analysis outcomes for production incidents and recommend or confirm corrective actions
• Identify exception trends and create action plans to improve performance
• Support resolution of complex document processing and interface exceptions
• Manage Key Customer Scorecards and KPI’s to expected levels

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• Accounts receivable
• ERP
• SAP
• Process improvement
• Root cause analysis
• Documentation
• Any graduate
