About the role

We are looking for a motivated EDI Sterling Integrator Support Engineer ready to take us to the next level. We are looking for an EDI Sterling Integrator Support Engineer to provide production support, development, and integration services for our EDI landscape. This position will be Full-time - Hybrid - Bengaluru.

What you'll do

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for EDI processes in a 24x7 support environment
Monitor EDI transactions and transmissions and proactively troubleshoot failures
Ensure timely resolution of EDI processing issues and system incidents
Manage inbound and outbound EDI transactions and ensure successful processing
Support trading partner onboarding, configuration, connectivity, testing, and deployment
