What you'll do

• Identify high-risk activities across assigned sites and ensure effective implementation of preventive and control measures
• Guide Construction Management teams in fulfilling their EHS responsibilities and establishing a safe working environment
• Conduct regular site inspections, EHS audits, and leadership walkthroughs to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze the root causes of EHS non-compliances and incidents, implement corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness
• Drive EHS initiatives, best practices, and continuous improvement programs to enhance project safety performance
