What you'll do

• Identify, trace, and map stock vehicle electrical connections, sensor interfaces, and actuator control lines
• Seamlessly tap into or emulate vehicle control signals without disrupting original vehicle functions
• Perform comprehensive load and power budgeting analyses across various vehicle operational modes to define system current draw, peak loads
• Propose, define, and optimize vehicle-level powernet topologies (12 V and HV) to integrate electronic control units (ECUs), sensors, actuators, and telematics systems
• Author and maintain complete electrical schematics, pinout diagrams, block diagrams, and system architecture drawings using automotive schematic tools (Visio, draw.io
